I am suing an attorney for malpractice. Can someone tell me where I can find an attorney that will sue one?

Your state bar association has a legal referral service. you can find them in the phone book.
Good luck. Many lawyers are reluctant to represent people suing lawyers for malpractice, because such cases tend to be quite dificult. The ones that will, charge a lot of money for their services.
yea they pretty tight good luck.
Yeah, good luck with that. My wife’s grandparents had a slam dunk against an unethical lawyer who cost them $100K, but couldn’t find anyone who was willing to sue a fellow lawyer.
Few attorneys will sue other attorneys for malpractice — many because they don’t want the hassle, and the rest because it is often very difficult to prove legal malpractice — since you have to prove what would have happened differently if there had not been malpractice.
If the case is in California or Oregon, please feel free to contact me offline, and I can give you an assessment of whether you are likely to prevail. After that, you might have some new ideas about finding someone to represent you.
Are you suing, or you want to sue an attorney?
That is very sticky so you’ll likely have to check resources in a bigger city and/or bar referral service. It better be something really big to bother with. Think about mediation too.
contact the ABA (American Bar Association) or the local chapter for your area. They should know the attorneys that might help you. If not, you might have to look outside your county.
