Yellow Pages or call the local bar assn. referral system.
Check the Bar Association for your state. It will be most helpful.
Really it is up to the type of lawyer your looking for and for what reasons you need one. First, check with the bar association. But, with me I have just been searching the web looking for one. Just type what you want. And, if you living here in Houston TX check the greensheet.
