How do I find an attorney with a good track record in Missouri ? I need a good civil rights attorney ?

   your best bet would be to make the case high profile , make the public aware of it , call the civil liberties foundation , get all the witnesses you can , fighting the police is very hard to do they can justify anything , their favorite phrase is we are more organized than the mob what a comparison , but it’s true the code of silence insures their wrongdoings , and be carefull they will pick your life apart to make you look like a monster.

   Previous responders are correct the Missouri Bar Association is a fair start, but you might want to take it directly to the ACLU. Also, you might want to contact a good personal injuries/liabilities attorney–the Bar Association can help with this. Also, learn the law yourself–this is advice not criticism. You will need to know the laws in question very well. Become an expert. It can seem daunting, but it really isn’t once you get past the leagalese (law-speak). Use every loohole you can find to hem-up and string up the law enforcement officers who failed to do their jobs–every one of them. Stop at nothing less than criminal prosecution.
