You don`t really need an attorney. Its very easy to do. You can get all info in courthouse.
Yeah, don’t waste the money on an attorney. If you’re not trying to defraud creditors, just print the form of your court’s website or get it from the clerk’s office. It’ probably less than $50.
Just a simple form to fill out, don’t waste your money on an attorney. Go to see the Clerk of the Court and you can get all the information you need.

Any family law attorney can and will do it, but I agree with other responders, try your local courthouse first, you may not need an attorney, so that would definately be cheaper.
You don’t need a lawyer, go down to civil court,get the papers filled out, pay your fee, and for the most part, that is it.
