I can never find an attorney to represent me.
I can never find an attorney to represent me.
I have failed at trying to represent myself.
Public defenders only cover people under a certain income guess what I’m over. So you believe the people with AIDS won’t be able to work so they will be low enough income to qualify for public defender?

You really can’t. The best bet is to put aside some money every month for an attorney when you need one and try to avoid all trouble at all costs.
You can try contacting your county or state bar association and ask if they can provide legal assistance for you. Usually, free legal assistance is reserved for the indigent – but you never know.
Also, many times law schools will have clinics where a lawyer and a team of law students will represent you in court and/or help you out. Contact your area law schools and ask if they have a clinic where they provide legal assistance.
The same way everyone else finds an attorney – by word of mouth or the phone book. If you’re charged with a crime and don’t have enough money to pay for an attorney to defend you, the court has to provide one for you at no charge from the Public Defender’s Office of the County where you were charged.
We have where I live different companies that offer free legal services. We also have some that represent the whole county. Check out free legal services in the phone book.
Try the public defenders office also known as public attorney’s office. They usually have an office at the hall of justice in your city or town.
