Look in the phone book. The primary consideration for the lawyers is getting paid (as it is with any other occupation). If you have the money, lawyers will do the work. If you are asking if you can find someone who will take the case for a percentage of the judgment, they are all over the place but only if your case is strong enough and you have a claim for enough damages that their cut will make it worthwhile.

My advice is to try the attorney consultations through the legal plans at. For a low monthly fee you’ll get unlimited consultations with a big law firm in your state. Their attorneys will advise you what is the best course of action and, eventually, you may decide to hire them to represent you if you think that you have a winning case. From my experience with their legal firm in the state of Texas, I do find the consultations very helpful.
