is she being harrassed by the school officials or students? yes this matters. i would think a civil right lawyer, but you could just start calling them one by one and get the info you need.
Contact the local bar (law) association for leads to attorneys that would handle the case.
did you already notify the police? if they continue then you go to an attorney
before paying for a lawyer, talk to the principal and if you don’t get satisfaction from the principal, call the school officials. lawyer will just cost you a ton of money.

Depends if she is harassed by staff or students…if its staff its very serious but if its just by students then there shouldn’t be need for a lawyer depending on what they are saying.
