I live in california, on the Central coast. I have been representing myself in a custody matter for 2 years now. I can’t afford to drop 3000 dollars at once, due to child support Buy Xenical cheap paying her attorney, court fees and other things. So I’ve been representing myself. Big mistake. I know I can win this case, and it would be in the best interest of my son, but I either seem to will out the wrong forms say the wrong thing, and get stuck spending more money. So I need to get an attorney, but I can’t afford one? So does anyone know of any programs that either 1, help fathers pay for attorneys,2 will hire an attorney and I do a payment plan, 3 or fights for fathers rights. I’ve looked over and over the internet, and I’m getting more and more confused, I’ve tried pre-paid legal, and well its really hasn’t helped. So if anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

Try some of the Father’s Rights people, as described in
Don’t take this for granted as we live in different states. I’ve been told by DHS in Oklahoma that they do absolutely nothing for fathers. Don’t let me discourage you, though. I ended up with a $3,000 lawyer bill in a custody case that should’ve been easy. My WORTHLESS attorney didn’t say one word. I cannot tell you how worthless most attorneys are. I would’ve never even been informed if my attorney of record hadn’t called me. DHS had no intention of calling me even though my daughter was in a foster home. Good Luck, I hope yours works better than mine!!!
