How was a US attorney able to sneak in with TB, thru an airline from Canada?

back thru Canada. There is no Generic pills whithout prescription cure for his form of TB. Now

You don’t require a medical form to board a plane. It really is one of the worst germ breeding grounds. I think it’s more of a moral question like how could he expose others to that when he obviously must have known that he had it?
The doctors didn’t discover until he had left for Europe that the form of TB he has is extremely difficult to treat with antibiotics. It is not incurrable The fact he’s an attorney has nothing to do with him getting on an airplane and traveling.
My concern was when he was stopped in Europe and told not to travel, he did it anyway and snuck back into the US over the Canadian boarder.
it is not entirely true there is no cure for his strain of TB.. it is just resistant to most antibiotics used to treat it.
since you do not have to prove you are healthy to fly, contagious people routinely fly each day, just most do not do it with highly virulent forms of TB.
He made a bad decision for sure, but it is not illegal for him to do so. I do not feel that what he did was right, but there are people out there who spread AIDS on a daily basis simply because they do not care to stop having sex, those people in my opinion are far worse.
he did not floy back from Canada, he came by land from Canada . His name was on the no fly list, but he did not fly.
