I’m trying to find a particular case out of Utah and see what the Viagra buy cheap results (transcripts) were. Anyone know how to do this if one was just using a public computer, and researching it on their own?

The first thing you need to find out is how the case was tried—local, state, or federal court. To get the transcripts, track down the court, find a case number, then contact that court or county’s recorder. For a fee they should be able to find the docket of the case and copy it for you. If all you want is the final rendering of the case, just ask for a recorded copy of the Final Judgment.
Do you know the name of the case, i.e. John Doe vs. ABC Incorporated? In some instances, if it was a high profile case, you might find it online. Get the details first, then research it from there. It will take time, but it can be done. I spent hours doing this sort of thing at one job I had a few years ago.
