I have searched the obituaries and find nothing. Family members aren’t being helpful. There’s money for my kids to go to college, and no one has contacted me. LONG story.

This might be a better question over in the law and ethics section.
If you are left anything in the will, you should be contacted by the attorneys.
Good luck.
go to the county seat is that the will is in. you can get a copy of if and read the will
I wish you well.
If there is a will, it must be filed. I’m not sure whether it can be in any county of the state where the person lived, or only in the county where they lived.
The will has to findable by way of phone calls to the appropriate county offices.
The will will tell you the executor (if living).
The executor must tell you the name of the attorney, if any, handling the trust.
Trusts are also legal documents and can be found and studied, as well.
Persevere.
Go to the probate court in the town in which your Uncle lived. They will have a record of the Attorney.
if there is a will,it has t be filed, hall of records will have the info, attorneys name included if it has in fact been filed.
