I have searched and searched. I am at a dead end. I have a family member that has been arrested first of all for a crime that he did not commit, and second, most all of his civil rights were violated; no miranda warning, advised that he did NOT need an attorney, etc. I have contacted several agencies and am getting no where. He can afford an attorney, but with very small fees or payment arrangement, preferrably pro bono though. Anyone have any suggestions? He is 100% innocent of Generic pharmacy this accusation, but is up against a psychotic woman who knows the ropes in the system. Please don’t let me down folks, you have been too good to me up to this point. Please send me your suggestions! Thanks!!!

- pick a state and follow the appropriate links.
Check with the law schools in your area. Several of them have clinics usually called something like Law Students in Court. The students get some trial experience (under a supervising attorney) and the clients get low or no cost representation. If by Capitol Region, you mean Washington, DC, try Catholic University School of Law, Georgetown Law School and George Washington U. Law School.
